Severn Valley offers
a variety of opportunities to improve your own personal
fitness from a full line of free weight equipment to a
Cardiovascular Center equipped with the most recent,
state-of-the-art equipment for a complete cardio
workout.
Free Weights. We
have a full line of free weight equipment. A free weight
resistance is for experienced lifters, but all can
benefit. Free-weight clinics will he offered on a
regular basis for any member interested.
Circuit Training.
Circuit training is a resistance workout for your entire
body. A great workout for people with limited time - it
only takes 20-25 minutes to work your entire body. We
have a full line of circuit equipment, with certified
trainers available to plan and help with your
workout.
Cardiovascular.
Our Cardiovascular Center has the most recent, state of
the art equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers,
step machines, recumbent bikes, and upright
bikes.
